ASSOCIATE sponsorship opportunities available

1. Fringe Meetings

 

Organised to complement the official conference programme, Fringe Meetings are hosted by sponsors and offer an excellent marketing and branding opportunity to feature relevant content of your choice. Whilst open to all participants, they provide the ideal opportunity to identify, target and invite specific individuals, and allow a bespoke hosting opportunity with enhanced catering menu options.

While the Fringe Meeting content is the responsibility of the host, we offer marketing support.

Wednesday 24 November

Thursday 25 November
     08.00 – 09.00 (3 available: Studio, Miles and River Rooms)
     12.00 – 13.00 (2 available: Studio and Miles Room)

2. Networking Reception


All participants will be invited to attend the networking reception at the venue at the close of the first day. This opportunity offers the perfect platform to extend your commercial presence at the event in an informal environment and includes a welcome address.

Features include:

3. Bridge Bar


The Bridge Bar offers a premium branding opportunity at the hub of the venue - immediately above the registration area and adjacent to the main auditorium, it will also serve refreshments during breaks in the programme thus guaranteeing maximum exposure to all participants.

4. Site visit/Study tour sponsorship


On Friday 26 November there will be a programme of 3 Site visits/Study tours, each of which will combine a high level seminar with a location visit. Details of each tour will be available closer to the event.

Showcase Display information

The ‘Showcase Display’ has been created specifically for Future City Forum + WaterfrontExpo and provides a prominent but compact display and meeting point that enables you to promote your company and its business.

The basic Showcase Display comprises a compact display area with a graphic panel measuring 1.5m x 0.8m and comes complete with a seat with lockable storage space beneath, plus spot lighting. One or more Showcase Displays can be linked together to provide a larger graphic area.

We manage the whole Showcase Display production process delivering your branded display at the event without any of the hassle. All you need to do is provide us with artwork beforehand and bring along any literature on the day. Plasma screens are also available for hire.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 or more Showcase Displays can be coupled together according to your requirement.
